Add the ground meat. Either with a fork or your hands, gently combine the ingredients. Shape into meatballs and place on parchment, or, if making a meatloaf, place in a loaf pan. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes. If you are adding meatballs to soak in a sauce, realize that they will continue to gently cook while they are in the sauce. If making meatloaf, bake 50 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the mixture in a crock pot and cook on medium for 2-2 1/2 hours.
