The Perfect Creamy Protein Salad Base
A guide to turning any cooked protein into a healthy, tasty salad or sandwich filling for lunch or a light dinner.
chopped carrot or radish
chopped onion or scallion
plain yogurt, full, low, or no-fat
i.e., chickpeas, tuna, chicken, turkey, etc.
Mix all ingredients together, tasting as you go to determine the right amounts of creamy ingredients. Serve on a bed of mixed greens, or as a sandwich filling.
